Bedding & Seating Wire
Our modern, efficient wiredrawing equipment is specially designed for the production of wire for bedding and seating springs including pocket, LFK, Bonnell and miracoil as well as edging wires.
- Size Range: From 1.18 to 5.00 mm
- Tolerance: ± 0.015mm
- Tensile Ranges: Up to 2100 Nmm2
- Coatings: Phosphated or Copper Washed and Stearate drawn
- Packaging: Up to 1,000kg coils, pattern layed onto cardboard centres. ID=381mm, OD=724mm, L=915mm, Shrink wrapped in plastic for extra protection.
Reels and Z2 packages
- Suitable for use on: Spuhl, Fides and L&P Miracoil machines
- Applications: For mattresses, ie Helical, Pocket, LFK, Bonnel, edging wires, wires for zig zag furniture springs, available in both bright and copper finishes
