Cold Heading Wire
We supply a wide variety of Cold Heading wires for many industries, in particular for the construction and automotive sectors, where high quality fasteners are required.
- Size Range: 1.50 to 25.0mm
- Process condition: Drawn direct from rod, Drawn from annealed rod, Drawn from rod and finally annealed, Drawn from rod, sphero-annealed and finally light drawn
- Coating: Black or Phosphate with prolube or lime
- Qualities: Wide range of mild steels, boron and alloy grades to European Cold Heading Standards
- Packaging: Strapped coils or formers, 250-1,500 Kg
ID=380mm,550mm, 630mm or 730mm minimum
- Applicationis: Primarily in the fastening industry for producing from small screws to large structural bolts
