Rotodies
The Rotodie complex currently consists of four variable speed machines (a fifth machine is presently being installed) which take the annealed wire from the furnaces and convert to the finished product. Size range from 1.8 to 5.8mm.
Packaging specifications can be varied to customer requirements as the machines are fitted with a selection of block sizes and are capable of producing onto formers or strapped coils.
Finished coating qualities can be varied again to suit customer requirements.
