  • Annealing Furnaces Learn more about our different annealing furnace options. Read More
  • Bullblocks A range of machines of varying capacity and block sizes are available within this sector, capable of manufacturing product from mild steel to complex alloy steels within a 4.5mm to 25mm diameter size range. Read More
  • Cut & Loop Machines This specific type of product can be manufactured from a range of qualities of annealed wire in sizes from 2.0 to 4.0mm and up to 6 metres long, packaged in straight length bundles or coiled and palletised. Read More
  • Galvanising Machines The ‘pre-galv’ material is initially batch cleaned in hot caustic then run through an in-line anodic acid preparation vessel prior to electrolytic galvanizing, a final pass through a ‘finishing’ die gives a bright surface finish prior to packaging. Read More
  • Mesh Making Facilities This facility is generally used to manufacture mesh ‘brickguards’ which are electrolytically zinc plated and supplied to the building industry. Read More
  • Multihole Machines A wide range of Dry Wire Drawing machines, capable of drawing low and high carbon steel (0.9% C) from up to 8.00 diameter Rod with finished wire size range from 7.0mm to 1.2mm diameter. Read More
  • Rotodies The Rotodie complex currently consists of four variable speed machines (a fifth machine is presently being installed) which take the annealed wire from the furnaces and convert to the finished product. Read More
